Returns
Because each piece is handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns on:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Limited seasonal drops
• Clearance items
For ready-to-ship items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
We will happily replace or refund damaged items.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Local Pickup Orders
All local pickup orders are final sale once collected.
